What you can ask it
The day-to-day operational questions: how much you've collected this month and what's still receivable, how the week's schedule looks, which day is busiest, how many appointments remain unconfirmed. Answers with figures, not links to a manual.
It also answers about the platform — how to issue a credit note, where the fiscal sequence is configured — citing the real documentation: a source that doesn't exist is discarded before it reaches your screen.
And it has limits on purpose: it counts and aggregates, but never discusses an individual patient. The individual case lives in its record, with its trail in the audit log — the assistant is not a side door into the clinical chart.

It cannot see another practice
Per-practice isolation is enforced in the database engine, underneath the application — it doesn't depend on the AI behaving.
It does not make things up
Every answer cites the real documentation; a source that doesn't exist is discarded before it reaches your screen. When it doesn't know, it says so.
It never discusses an individual patient
It counts and groups — appointments, amounts, visits. The individual case lives in its record, with its trace in the audit log.
Conversations are not saved
Neither on our servers nor linked to your record. And it respects the same roles: reception sees no financial queries.
