From finding to invoice, without retyping a thing
These aren't illustrations: they're the product's real screens, following the same patient from the dental chart. Walk through them.
Every finding on the dental chart brings its procedure and price. Apply a discount and a down payment, and the installment plan adds up to the cent.

Dominican compliance, built in
This isn't a generic product with a translation layer: it's built on the laws that apply to your practice.
Law 172-13 · Personal data
Personal data with bank-grade encryption, per-practice isolation at the database level and analytics on aggregates only.
Law 126-02 · Digital signature
Informed consents with electronic signature, integrity seal and a verifiable record.
Law 32-23 · Electronic invoicing
e-CF ready ahead of the DGII deadline (November 15, 2026) through a certified provider.
Clinical record regulations
Tamper-proof audit log, least-privilege roles and clinical data access that is never blocked.
Your receptionist can't read the clinical record
It's not a setting you have to remember to turn on: it's how the product is built. Pick a role and see exactly what it can and cannot reach.
Schedules, greets and takes payments at the desk. Never opens the clinical record.
Can do
- See the patient list
- Register and edit patients
- See estimates and payments
- Record payments at the desk
Cannot, not even by mistake
- Read the clinical record and the dental chart (protected health data)
- Write to the clinical record and the dental chart (protected health data)
- Issue receipts, invoice and finance in installments
- Propose estimates
- Configure the practice and the fiscal sequence
- Add and suspend staff
- See practice analytics (includes clinical data)
- See payment and estimate reports
- Read the audit log
This table isn't marketing material: it's generated from the same file the server checks before every operation, and the database double-checks it on its own with row-level policies. Two independent barriers, not a settings checkbox.
“But the DGII gives me its invoicing tool for free”
True, and it works to get started. But it's a loose piece, not a system — the DGII itself says so.
It doesn't connect to any system
The free tool doesn't integrate with your management software (official DGII FAQ): double data entry, always.
It doesn't remember the patient
Name and ID must be retyped on every invoice. Here they're already in the record.
It only keeps 2 years
The Tax Code requires ten; the other eight are on you. Here they're kept by design.
Cap of ~150 invoices per month
Enough to start, not for a practice with a full schedule.
And everything else the practice needs
Records and clinical chart. History with alerts, visits, pinned notes and a printable chart.
Signed consents. Templates per procedure, patient signature and a verifiable record (Law 126-02).
Schedule with reminders. Appointments by doctor, team confirmation and automatic patient reminders.
Practice analytics. Revenue, production, dental heat map, outstanding balances and reactivation.
Import from paper.Optional AI Detects the checkboxes on your paper forms right in your browser. And if your practice opts in, AI transcribes the handwriting — always with your review before saving.

Frequently asked questions
How does the first-month trial work?
Instead of a limited free trial, your first month costs US$5, US$10 or US$15 depending on the plan (DOP 300, DOP 600 or DOP 900 if you pay in pesos) — with EVERYTHING included. If it's not for you, cancel and the next month is never charged.
Can I pay in Dominican pesos?
Yes. Choose pesos (DOP) at checkout and use your local card through AZUL. You can also pay in US$ with an international card (DOP prices include ITBIS).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from Settings → Plan in one click. You keep the plan until the end of the paid period and your clinical data stays accessible forever: Dominican law requires keeping the record, and we comply.
How safe is my patients' data?
ID numbers, phones and addresses are stored with bank-grade encryption. Every practice is isolated at the database level and every access lands in a tamper-proof audit log (Law 172-13). The technical details are in the Privacy policy.
Can my team use the system?
Yes. Invite doctors, assistants, reception and billing with least-privilege roles: reception and billing never see clinical information.
