From finding to invoice, without retyping a thing

These aren't illustrations: they're the product's real screens, following the same patient from the dental chart. Walk through them.

Every finding on the dental chart brings its procedure and price. Apply a discount and a down payment, and the installment plan adds up to the cent.

DGII: aceptado

E-invoices the DGII accepts. Issue the e-CF straight from the estimate and the stamp lands on the spot.

Today's schedule

A schedule that fills itself in. Open slots at a glance, double-bookings blocked, reminders that go out on their own.

Chart to estimate

What you chart is what you bill. Every dental chart finding becomes a priced line on the estimate.

Balance cleared

Installment plans that get paid. Schedule, payments, and dunning notices — you see who owes without a paper ledger.
  • Records and clinical chart. History with alerts, visits, pinned notes and a printable chart.

  • Signed consents. Templates per procedure, patient signature and a verifiable record (Law 126-02).

  • Schedule with reminders. Appointments by doctor, team confirmation and automatic patient reminders.

  • Practice analytics. Revenue, production, dental heat map, outstanding balances and reactivation.

  • Import from paper.AI included Detects the checkboxes on your paper forms right in your browser. And if your practice opts in, AI transcribes the handwriting — included in every plan at no extra cost, always with your review before saving.

Dominican compliance, law by law

The badge at the top isn't a slogan: it's this section. These rules don't live in a contract or in your team's memory — they're written into the code and enforce themselves, on every operation, by name and number.

No one has to remember to encrypt anything

ID numbers, phones and addresses encrypt themselves on save, and every practice stays isolated in the database engine itself. The mechanisms, one by one, further down in the security section.

LAW 172-13 · PERSONAL DATA

Consents are born signed and verifiable

The signature, the integrity seal and the verifiable record are generated in the very act of signing — there is no filing step anyone can skip.

LAW 126-02 · DIGITAL SIGNATURE

Invoicing right doesn't depend on anyone's memory

NCF receipts already work and the system keeps the fiscal sequence for you. e-CF is issued straight from the platform through a DGII-certified provider: invoice, security code and validation link all come out of the same flow. Getting authorized as an electronic issuer is your own filing with the DGII —due November 15, 2026— and we walk you through it.

LAW 32-23 · e-CF

The audit log writes itself — and no one can erase it

Every access lands in a log no one edits — not us either — and clinical data is never blocked, not even if you cancel.

CLINICAL RECORD REGULATIONS

Receipts keep themselves for ten years

The Tax Code requires keeping fiscal receipts for ten years; the DGII's free tool keeps two. Here they are kept by design — and the full copy is yours in one click.

TAX CODE · 10 YEARS

Your receptionist can't read the clinical record

It's not a setting you have to remember to turn on: it's how the product is built. Pick a role and see exactly what it can and cannot reach.

Choose a practice role

Schedules, greets and takes payments at the desk. Never opens the clinical record.

Can do

  • See the patient list
  • Register and edit patients
  • See estimates and payments
  • Record payments at the desk

Cannot, not even by mistake

  • Read the clinical record and the dental chartHealth data
  • Write to the clinical record and the dental chartHealth data
  • Issue receipts, invoice and finance in installments
  • Propose estimates
  • Configure the practice and the fiscal sequence
  • Add and suspend staff
  • See practice analytics
  • See payment and estimate reports
  • Record the practice's expenses
  • Read the audit log

This table isn't marketing material: it's generated from the same file the server checks before every operation, and the database double-checks it on its own with row-level policies. Two independent barriers, not a settings checkbox.

Ask your practice

Not a help chatbot: it answers with YOUR practice's numbers. And if you are a doctor, with yours — your schedule, the patients you saw, your week.

About the platform and your practice

How much have I collected this month?

So far this month you've collected RD$412,900 out of RD$486,200 produced, with RD$73,300 receivable — most of it in installments due this week.1

And how is my week looking?

You have 14 appointments: 6 confirmed and 8 pending confirmation. Thursday is your busiest day.

Type your question

Do not type patient data here. Conversations are not saved.

It cannot see another practice

Per-practice isolation is enforced in the database engine, underneath the application — it doesn't depend on the AI behaving.

It does not make things up

Every answer cites the real documentation; a source that doesn't exist is discarded before it reaches your screen. When it doesn't know, it says so.

It never discusses an individual patient

It counts and groups — appointments, amounts, visits. The individual case lives in its record, with its trace in the audit log.

Conversations are not saved

Neither on our servers nor linked to your record. And it respects the same roles: reception sees no financial queries.

US$19 a month per practice — included in the Elite plan

Flat price: it covers the whole practice, no matter how many doctors. On Standard and Premium it is purchased separately; Elite includes it.

Your records, treated as what they are

A clinical record is the most sensitive data a practice handles. This is what sits underneath — mechanisms, not trust badges.

Bank-grade encryption
AES-256-GCM for ID numbers, phones and addresses; the master key never leaves our servers — not even in a backup.
One practice cannot see another
Row-level policies in the database engine itself: a malformed query returns nothing, never someone else's data.
Every access is recorded
Append-only audit log, as the clinical record regulation requires: no one edits or deletes a line — not us either.
Two-step sign-in, required
Two-step sign-in for all clinical access, enabled by default — not a checkbox anyone has to remember.
A signed agreement with every provider
DPA in force with all four operating providers, archived with an integrity hash.
Leaving is as easy as joining
Full and per-patient copy in one click; revoking the data consent stops the processing.
For auditors and regulators

We tell you where your data lives and on what legal basis: it resides in the United States (AWS, us-west-1 region) and that transfer rests on consent, not on an adequacy decision we neither hold nor invoke. The practice is the controller and we are the processor, with the obligations that entails. And the rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection are not a promise in the legal text: they are built into the product and exercised without asking us.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use it if I already have my own e-invoicing?

Yes, and you don't have to change anything that already works for you. Sonrisario is practice management software — records, dental chart, estimates, installments, payments and scheduling; invoicing is one part of it, not the point. In Practice settings you choose “Internal receipt”: the system issues no tax receipts and reports nothing to the DGII, and you keep invoicing wherever you do it today. The day you want it all in one place, you switch the mode.

Can I issue e-CF invoices yet?

Yes. The platform issues e-CF through a DGII-certified provider, from the same flow you use for any invoice, security code and validation link included. What you need is for your practice to be authorized as an electronic issuer: that filing is yours with the DGII, with your RNC and your digital certificate, and it is due November 15, 2026. We walk you through it —the system generates the test set the DGII asks for— and meanwhile you invoice with NCF from day one.

How does the first-month trial work?

Instead of a limited free trial, your first month costs half — 50% off whichever plan you choose, with every feature, nothing held back. If it's not for you, cancel and the next month is never charged.

How can I pay?

In US$ with any card today. Local RD$ billing is on the way — we are onboarding a Dominican processor; meanwhile you can also arrange a bank transfer with us (DOP prices include ITBIS).

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, from Subscription in one click. You keep the plan until the end of the paid period and your clinical data stays accessible forever: clinical records are retained as health regulations require, and your full export is always one click away.

How safe is my patients' data?

ID numbers, phones and addresses are stored with bank-grade encryption. Every practice is isolated at the database level and every access lands in a tamper-proof audit log (Law 172-13). The technical details are in the Privacy policy.

Can my team use the system?

Yes. Invite doctors, assistants, reception and billing with least-privilege roles: reception and billing never see clinical information.
